Costs

When possible, Skye charges flat fees for specific services, which means there are no huge retainers or prohibitive hourly rates. Except in unique circumstances where the amount of time required is hard to predict, Skye's clients know the exact price of her services from the beginning of the case to the end from the moment they engage her. Fees are calculated to be below market rate so as to make legal representation in DCFS matters available to a wider population. Payment plans can be arranged to make representation as accessible as possible, and Skye reserves the right to offer fee reductions to those with extreme need and good cause.
